Mild climate throughout the year, spectacular unique landscapes, along with the richness and variety of natural resources. The sea has a great influence on the island's temperature, reducing its thermal amplitude. On average temperatures are around 23ºC.

In the summer months the average temperature of the sea water is mild, between 20ºC and 24ºC, as well as in late spring and early autumn. For the remaining seasons of the year, when the water temperature is pleasant, there is a variation of one to two degrees, being cooler than in the summer period.
